We are Amanda and Miguel, the husband and wife team behind Aspen + Alder. We have been photographing weddings together since 2014, building our work on consistency, trust, and a deep respect for the stories we are invited into. What started as a shared creative pursuit has grown into a decade-long career centered on documenting weddings with care, intention, and a true-to-life approach.

Outside of weddings, we are a family of five with three kids, a dog, a cat, and a house that is rarely quiet. We are nerds at heart with a love of board games, fiber arts, and time spent outdoors, which made our move to Denver in the summer of 2025 feel like a natural next chapter. Aspen + Alder is the culmination of years of experience and a renewed sense of place, bringing our perspective to Colorado weddings with the same dedication that has defined our work from the beginning.
